“This Ultralight appears to be all intact and in good condition, See the description for details”
Make: Quicksilver Model Year: Not Sure
We were storing this Quicksilver GT 280 Ultra light with a Rotax 503 engine. over the winter months for a customer that has since passed away, we do have full 100%ownership with no encumberments. Our knowledge of this aircraft is fairly limited, But here is what we do know: It has been here since the fall of 2014. He stated that the engine was completely and successfully gone thru in 2014. It does have a BRS system and is probably not up date. The owner did fly it that season. This plane either in the air, In his hanger or in our warehouse. There are some wear / worn spots on the left wing fabric, ( See the photos) The wings look to be solid and functional, The straps are all intact and secure. Landing gear, wheels and tires are in good working order, I don"t see any signs of abuse or any modifications or repairs. The tail does assemble and retract just like it should, the rods are good, fabric is solid. The engine is a Bombardier Rotax 503, Dual Carbs, It was fully mechanically sound when it came in and has had no reason to change. It has been stored inside 100% of the time. I am quite far from an expert, but it appears to be all complete and of sound condition. Please feel free to pepper me with questions and I will do my best to provide you with the detailsand/or photos that you require.
