Located at KJKJ. In February of 1974 it was ordered and delivered to Modern Aero in Minneapolis. Since its first day in Minnesota, this 182 has been very well cared for and maintained by well known service stations in Minnesota. This is also confirmed with original logs, matching serial #s and N-Number since new. 527 hours ago, it received a Factory "0" time Continental O-470-S-6B Fire wall forward install. The entire aircraft has ultimately been completely refurbished with some very desired updates starting with the exterior in 2015 followed by complete avionics upgrade in 2015 and complete interior update with new carpet in 2015. All rated at an 9.5 of 10. The condition of the overall airframe certainly confirms that it has been hangared and out of the elements since new here in Minnesota. Extremely comfortable seating for 4 people with a good useful load of nearly 1,200 lbs. Sealed and primed aircraft with DuPont Ax-alta 13550 sealer and 13-580 corrosion protective green Primer. Painted entire aircraft with DuPont Ax-alta AF402 Matterhorn base coat and added Blue Effect L5836 and AF700 cumulus gray p1221 accent stripes. Applied DuPont AF740 clearcoat to fuselage, rudder and wing tips. It shows like new.Interior: 9.5 of 10. Just last year, this 182P G500 received a newer, completely restored interior by Riveland Aircraft Interiors. All glass refreshed and shows very well. All new tan carpet front to back. All newer wrapped side panels front to back. All newer headliner installed front to back with all newer plastics. Entirely new Custom aluminum instrument panels, New circuit breakers and switch panels. It also shows like new all around.Useful Load: 1,187 lbs.
