This is a no reserve auction for a Summit Aerosports Rotax Powered Parachute Ultralight Single -- project w trailer Please read full description, it is sold as is and will need some work from a qualified person! This premium powered parachute was purchased complete and air-worthy from Summit Aerosports located in Canada and Michigan. If you go to their website, you can see this plane on the home-page summitppc After flying it a couple of times the owner decided he wanted to convert the plane to a fixed wing and partly disassembled the ultralight. It was then put into storage and a few of the parts were lost. He then gave up on the project. The condition is as shown, the wing (chute) is in great shape and the engine has very low hours on it. It comes with all the manuals and assembly instructions. It also comes with a small custom trailer for hauling it. The hours read 3.1 total time The engine is a Rotax 503, dual carb with electric starter. The electronics are Taskem. The engine turns over freely and has great compression. All the wiring, cables, electronics are complete. The body or cowl has some light damage on the top from storage. I did an inventory of the missing components, which should all be available from Summit, I tried to be through but the following list may not be complete. Missing components: Steering linkage Front brake handle and cable Cowling mounts Battery and hold-down Seat belts One small piece of tubing on prop-guard. Pilot cage tubing (hoop and a couple of braces that help prevent chute from falling into pilot area. Some small hardware, and back plate of throttle. This was a very expensive top of the line machine. It was purchased complete, not as a kit. As you can see, the parachute says Novotec and Los Alamos on it. This was for advertisement purposes, and the letters are iron on transfers. They can likely be removed by someone familiar with iron on transfers. Two of the photos are of the plane when it was all together and new for reference. Sold as it, and needs to be checked/assembled by a qualified technician. Can be picked up locally (87544) or shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We have used a shipper in Albuquerque called Certified Packing and Crating, and we would be will to transport it to them and the buyer can pay them directly. Deposit by PayPal, balance by check or MO before pick-up. No International bidders
