-Kit was purchased & received in 1980, all ribs and spars completed by mid 1980.-Cockpit cage, 17HP (2 cycle) engine, CGS aviation 3 belt prop reduction unit, propeller, fuel tank,airspeed, altimeter, tachometer, and misc components received in 1980.-All metal parts (attachment fittings, bellcranks, hinges) were manufactured in Pittsburgh Instituteof Aeronautics.-Assembly was carefully stored indoors for 20 years.-Assembly was resumed by a graduate engineer friend/pilot/aircraft owner with aircraft maintenance experience to its present state of completion.-Needed to get to final completion and test flying are: review of the assembly instructions, removalof surface rust from the 4130 metal parts, final connection of the control surface cables and enginecontrols, final set of engine/prop assembly, covering of the top and bottom of the wing with ceconite, UV paint and final paint.This design set the world record for ultralight aircraft in the late 1970"s, + 26,000ft.Stall speed: 22 mphCruise speed: 65 mphNever exceed speed: 95 mphFuel consumption: 1 GPH AUTO GASAny questions call Dennis 727-457-0754
