Complete Wheeler Express 4 seat kit with fuselage completed less window installation and ready to close wings (windows included just not installed). Impeccable workmanship with four fuel tanks, complete parts inventory and builders logs with photos. This would make a great project for someone who wants to validate the planes assembly but save 1000"s of hours. Kit is past typical "fast build" stage and includes everything that came from factory; engine mount, cowl, pedals even seat belts and exhaust are included and in great condition. I have a nice modified single axle boat trailer that can transport the entire kit that I will include at the asking price (you supply tie-down and strapping).
