For sale is a really nice Piper PA 28-180. TT 5430, SMOH 254, see log books for details about the overhaul. Annual due March 31, 2016. It has a new alternator, new Sky Tec starter, and less than 30 hrs. since brake system overhaul. Narco MK 12 D with glide slope, MAC 1700 with localizer, 4 place intercom, no damage history, no corrosion. Logs since new. The auto pilot is inop. as is the electric trim. A bid on this aircraft is an obligation to buy not an option to come look at it. It is located at the Powell, WY airport and it is recommended that you come look at it. Glass is all good, paint is 7, interior is 8. This is very nice flying Cherokee, with the ported and polished cylinders it has very good performance. The reason for selling is the airplane is too small for the 6" 4" pilot.
