During 7/2017 annual, forward propeller bulkhead replaced and alternator bracket repaired. These were the only issues found and repaired.
AC has NEW spark plugs, sump drains, brakes, rotors, vacuum filters, interior plastic, headliner, card compass, chronometer, and numerous additional spare parts including oil filter(s), spark plugs, starter relay, master relay, alternator belt and others in storage.

This aircraft is located in the Memphis, TN area at KOLV. The pilot who is bidding on this has to be an IFR rated or actively training to become IFR rated. The aircraft is actively being restored and the exterior/interior/electronics/engine maintenance fees are included in the $40.00/hr dry rate. Insurance/Airport Fees/Annual are covered in the monthly fee that varies when they are changed. The pilot who purchases this share will be expected to participate in aircraft maintenance, repairs and cleanings. This is an extremely inexpensive and FUN plane to fly.
