We are selling this Ercoupe as is. The last time it has flown or operated was at its last annual in 2014. Since mid 2000 the plane was regularly flow and maintained. In 2014 at last annual all ads were up to date but the Ercoupe hasn"t flown since. Plane has been in a dry climate and hangared since the current owner purchased it in early 2000s.I am helping the owner sell this plane and represent him through the process.We have cleaned and polished the plane, charged the battery. New fuel was added , engine pre oiled and plan to run it this weekend. This is all the maintenance we will perform for the sale. Log books are complete, however there are several time spans of inactivity since since it was new. Log books are available through Drop Box along with pictures yellow tags and a copy of the FAA records up to 2005 along with other documents and information.The Ercoupe is in great shape, airframe and wings are excellent, the cowl doors seem to be the only area that show any wear, with several patches. This is common among the Ercoupe and just cosmetic. The interior Fabric is basic but in good shape and includeds a extended baggage compartment. Avionics all light up comm transmits and receives .GPS comes up but the data base is out of date. Elt is current until 2017, transponder is out of inspection per 91-413 but functional . The 415- C qualifies for Lite sport classification, and the plane we are selling has this classification per FAA regulations as it has not been modified anytime in its history.The engine is very clean . It looks as if the motor mounts are sagging but not an expensive fix.Front windshield is in excellent condition new 2005, side slide Windows are nice too. Rear window on the pilot side is in good condition the co-pilot side is starting to show signs of crazing. Wing fabric is in excellent condition along with paint . Lots of inspection panels for access has been installed.Fuselage is also excellent condition , inspection panels have also been installed in the under carriage wing box for Ad inspections. Over all this is an excellent Ercoupe , its been well taken care for and should bring many flight hours to a new owner. With its lite sport classification makes this a great opportunity and value.Our price reflects the plane being out of Annual and are giving the buyer the opportunity to purchase this plane with room to get it back in airworthy condition and still have an under blue book value.
Pre Purchase inspection can be performed at E16 San Martin California. Other arrangements are possible to the successful buyer in contract at the buyers cost.

Test flights will not be offered until an offer has been accepted deposit is received and if it"s conditional to your contract. (Because this plane is out of Annual no Test Flights are available.)Test flights are at buyers cost.
If you are the winning bid a $1000.00 deposit must be received within 24 hours , once received an aircraft purchase agreement between the buyer and seller will be drafted . Purchase must be funded within 10 days of contract acceptance. After 10 days your deposit will be forfeited and the plane will be put back on the market if extension considerations are not made. Refunds of deposit will be subject to any eBay , pay pal fees paid by seller but not limited too . By purchasing the plane through the eBay format you have agreed to purchase the plane.
