1947 Seabee project for sale. S/N 906. Air frame is set up for the Daubenspeck Lycoming GO-435/480 engine (not included), However I am throwing in an Original Seabee Franklin 6A8-215-B9F engine with reversing hartzell propeller and original cowling for that motor. . 1044 TTSN, 401 SMOH on engine. It rotates freely and has compression, but it will need a complete overhaul due to sitting since 1988. NO logs or paperwork on plane but i have engine logs back to "58. Plane has the desirable overhead controls. comes with wings, struts, wheels, flight controls, tail feathers, and floats. There is some damage to some parts, but this RARE aircraft is definitely restorable and worth the effort when done right!! look at pictures closely....what you see is what you get! There are two sets of wings on the trailer. The orange ones on the inside are for my other Seabee and do not go with the sale. The Tan wings on the outside go with the sale and come with the flaps and ailerons as well. Also, there is a TON of watchers and I think there be a flurry of last minute bidding, so bid aggressively if you want to win the auction! Remember.... there is NO RESERVE!
