Ok, here it is. I have owned this bird for about 8 years. Since that time, I have installed new the entire interior with leather airtex from head to toe about 4 years ago. Flown her all over the place, without any incidence. Started the engine replacement, found a low time e-815-3 with 123 hours that had a dead stick, non powered landing and the prop was low rpm free wheeling. This Navion was not the plane that dead sticked. The engine came from N4900 not N4606K (This Plane).
This is a very good candidated for a I470 or other engine swap, if you choose. The aircraft will need to be gone through and made to pass annual, and FAA requirements.

Tach 2387 hours Prop MV no Ad"s
Many new parts, both mags with documents just rebuilt & installed. New exhaust with documents, both sides. Aircraft was flying great prior to engine replacement. Always well maintained.
Never damaged, or gear up landings, MV prop with blades, so no AD"s. All Ad"s complied with. Aircraft would be worth 60K when flying.
Paint is in great shape and glossy.
Windows are in great shape and clear.
Flap and gear hydraulics have been replaced within a few years ago.
Documents include: original factory erection, assembly , and maintenance manuals, complete logs from day 1, stacks of receipts, POH, equipment manuals, etc. current registration, and more.
Comes with all instruments seen on panel. Aircraft needs to be finished and given an annual. I would suggest having your mechanic finish the project.
This is a great project and would make a beautiful aircraft for anyone.
