Great project or parts airplane. Minimal effort required to have this airplane flying. This incredible Beechcraft has a Continental 225 engine with only 300 hours since MOH. Landing gear was rebuilt in 2011 and a new windshield was installed during the same time period. The tires were replaced in 2011 also. Has not had an annual since 2012. Front seats, interior front sidepanels and dashcover removed during last annual imspection and hsve not been reinstalled. All items present for reinstallation. Dashcover removed to install new windshield. The airplane is being sold as is, where it is. POH and all logbooks available. Great bargain for the airplane enthusiast!
