For sale is our clean and vintage first production year 172. The plane spent most all of its life in San Diego so the airframe is clean and corrosion free. After that it few years then moved to Kansas City then Illinois. We have used it for some time building and currency, all trouble free. We added the JPI FS-450 fuel flow computer which is an excellent addition to any aircraft so you know how much fuel you have actually burned. This is an excellent time builder or first aircraft. Why rent?? Its stored in a heated hangar and comes with a custom made canopy cover. Selling to get a taildragger.

Contiental O-300 1081 SMOH Spin-on oil filter Auto-fuel STC. We use ethanol-free 91 octane mixed with 100LL at a 75/25 ratio to reduce lead content. These little continental engines seem to like the lower lead to keep the valves from sticking.
