New governor, New baffles, ONLY 10 hours (may change slightly) since complete install two months ago! Heated Pitot, Seat Restraints & Shoulder Harness, Windshield 2005, Paint is a strong 8 (Because of my camera and the lights in the hangar, the pictures don"t do the paint justice.), Interior is a 8.5. Nice overall plane ready to work or play. Owner has spent tons of money to make this one of the most respectable 180"s you"ll find. Does not have a float kit.
Has been in Montana for a long time. Engine is a Factory Reman not a Rebuilt, This plane needs nothing. Complete logs are included and shows one instance of a minor repair done from a wind storm in 1957. No ground loops or flying damage in it"s 60 year history. Currently in annual. Has always been stored inside a heated hangar and the paint and skin condition shows that. Aircraft must be removed within 7 days of auction purchase or pay some hangar rent if you need it stored longer. It is my opinion that the A&P who did the engine replacement did a top notch job. It is available for inspection at Kalispell City Airport, S27 in Kalispell, MT, but do so before you buy it. You are not buying a chance to inspect and make up your mind. Buy it Now means just that. You bought it. There is a FBO and Mechanics on this field, so a prebuy inspection should be easy to arrange.
I am not a delivery guy, but delivery can be arranged at your expense. I"m not able to get you 100 more pictures, sorry. I"m helping my hangar partner sell this as he is ready to move on to other ventures.
You will receive a FAA bill of Sale. Also, aircraft has no liens on it.
Payment = $2,000 down with buy it now and full amount via wire transfer within 7 days of auction win.
