This very clean classic has been hangared at the Hendersonville airport in western NC since new with only 3 previous caring owners. It is now located at Earle Airpark (about 35 miles SW of Jacksonville Fl. ). It has only 4072 hrs TTSN. The aircraft has all of it"s original logs and complete records. There is no damage history or hail damage and there is no corrosion evident. The insides of the wings and empennage are still shiny. The aircraft has been previously well treated with ACF50 corrosion inhibitor.
The interior is in very good condition and the paint is fair. The windshield has some crazing but a new windshield is included with the sale.
The aircraft has STCed Jasco alternator, STCed vacuum pump, Peterson auto fuel STC, Brackett air filter STC, avionics master, avionics circuit breakers, and updated gyros.

Recent annual inspection (March). Pitot static and transponder checks are due.
The Continental O-300A engine is past it"s recommended TBO but it has been topped with chrome cylinders and it runs very well with no issues and has good oil pressure.
