1958 CESSNA 175 This plane has less than 2000 TTAF and less than 500 hrs on a 215 HP Franklin motor.I have all the original log books from 1958 until current. The plane has no record of any damage and it shows when you inspect it. The last annual inspection was 5 yrs ago by the previous owner before he died. The previous owner kept the plane hanger for 30 yrs of ownership. After he passed his family moved the plane to a tie down where it has been for four to five years. I bought the plane without telling my wife and I already have a low time Mooney in excellent condition. Imagine that outcome. I removed the prop to send it off for a 5 yr AD check. It is boxed and ready to go. After I removed the prop they decided to close down the airfield where I am located. I started to remove the wings to move the plane to my home in Florida but the wife decided it is time for me to retire. The panel is in good condition but the fabric interior is sun dried and needs seat covers. The transponder, radios and instuments all worked a few months ago.The paint would be a 7 out of 10 with a buff. With some minor work this will make somebody a great little fast plane. 130 knott cruise. 800 feet short field take off. Long range fuel tanks. What an island hopper this plane would be.
