However, Nationwide Aircraft Assurance Services Ltd. has gathered information regarding its history, maintenance status, equipment, and any other information considered germane to this appraisal from the Client and/or other sources believed to be reliable. As will be detailed in the following section, there are a number of issues which, in the opinion of Nationwide Aircraft Assurance Services Ltd., that collectively have a material impact upon the value of the aircraft. These issues are summarized below:
• Total Airframe Time. The Subject Aircraft is reported to have a total of 6,700.0 hours of utilization on its airframe. This equates to an average of approximately 114 hours per year. In comparison, among the 6 Aero Commander 500 aircraft known to be available for sale world wide, the average is 138 hours per year. Therefore, with its total time less to that of the available fleet average, in the opinion of Nationwide Aircraft Assurance Services Ltd., there is positive material effect upon the value of the Subject Aircraft relative to Total Airframe Time. • Airframe Components. The overall condition of the Subject Aircraft airframe components are reported to be in overall below average condition. Therefore, in the opinion of Nationwide Aircraft Assurance Services Ltd., there is negative material effect upon the value of the Subject Aircraft relative to its Airframe Components.• Maintenance Status. The Subject Aircraft is currently maintained under the FAA approved 100 hour/Annual Inspection Program. According to available reports, this aircraft is currently not legally serviceable due to an expired annual inspection requirement. Therefore, in the opinion of Nationwide Aircraft Assurance Services Ltd., there is negative material effect upon the value of the Subject Aircraft relative to its Maintenance Status. • Engines. With a manufacturer published TBO of 2,000 operating hours or 60 months in service (whichever occurs first), this propeller will become due for an overhaul within 1,990 hours of operation or 18 months in service. Therefore, this propeller is considered to have 99.5 percent of its TBO life available for use relative to operating hours. Records indicate that the right (#2) propeller is in serviceable condition absent of significant defects. With a manufacturer published TBO of 2,000 operating hours or 60 months in service (whichever occurs first), this propeller will become due for anoverhaul within 1,990 hours of operation or 18 months in service.
