Nice 1959 Cessna 175 Skylark w GO300, complete airframe logs, engine logs go back to early 90s. Annual just expired July of 2017. Photos taken last week, plane had stuck valve upon startup in Wilmington, DE airport, cylinders removed and sent out, only one returned with yellow tag, others were rejected. Engine at TBO (1200) or slightly over, gear box has no known issues, someone could install new cylinders and fly away with an annual or ferry permit. This is a friend"s plane that I have taken over sale of. All paperwork including airworthiness, current registration, weight and balance etc. and all logbooks are included, a signed bill of sale (FAA form 8050-2) from the owner will be included, there are no liens. Total time airframe is low, approx 2500 hrs (will verify)... plane has been hangared at owners private airstrip..plane had recent interior and paint and is in very nice condition ...it has two STC"s one for a camera mount system that sits in the place of the forward passenger seat ...there are no holes cut in the fuselage for any camera though, the STC is not exactly clear...the other STC is for Cleveland brakes installed... no known damage history on the aircraft, Aircraft is a great candidate to install cylinders and fly away or re-engine ...propeller in great shape as you can see from Photos ...glass is in good shape ...overall good condition, nice aircraft way too nice to part out ...call me with any questions, Tom 585.305.5759 All calls returned.
