I am selling my 172. It is in great shape! It has always been hangered. TTAF 4311, SMOH 584. It just went though an annual last month. All the compressions are in the 70s and the airplane has no corrosion. The 9000.00 paint job is from 2012 and is in great shape as is the interior as well. It"s got a dash mount Garmin 560 GPS. Bendix king KLX 135A. King KT-76TSO transponder. JPI FS 450.Has STC car gas conversion burns 9GPH.The only reason I am selling this aircraft is because I am looking at something bigger.
