I am selling my 172. It is in great shape! It has always been hangered. TTAF 4311, SMOH 584. It just went through a extensive 3 month long annual last month. All the compressions are in the 70s and the airplane has no corrosion. The $9000.00 paint job is from 2012 and is in great shape as is the interior as well. It"s got a dash mount Garmin 560 GPS. Bendix king KLX 135A. King KT-76TSO transponder a back up SL 40 nav/com. JPI FS 450 fuel flow monitor.Has STC car gas conversion and burns 9GPH.The only reason I am selling this aircraft is because I am looking at something bigger.
