This aircraft has been hangered, well maintained, and over all well taken care of. It has a beige / bronze exterior, and a tan interior with red carpeting.
It pains me to have to sell the Baron. I am in the process of relocating to Asia for a new job, and I am unable to take the aircraft with me.
I am currently 54, and my whole life I have wanted to be an airline pilot. It is just now that I am realizing my dream. For the past 25 years I have been in the Tech industry, while flying on my free time. 3 years ago I was bought out by my company in a massive downsizing. This forced retirement allowed me time to readjust to my new situation. It also made rethink my dream of becoming a pilot.
After 3 months of idle time, I made a concerted effort to make my dream come true. I immersed myself into flying, and I managed to earn my ratings, and build flight time.
However the one issue that posed an obstacle to my goal, building enough multi engine flight time. I got my ME rating at ATP flight school, but I had no way of building ME flight time in my area, due to the fact that there were no ME aircraft in my area for rent.
I figured that it would be more practical, and affordable if I was to purchase my own multi engine aircraft. After 4 months of research, aircraft pre-buys, and investigation I found N1233Z.
For the past 9 months I have flown her all over the United States, and put on over 100 hours of flight time. It was like having my own personal flying carpet.
The new ME flight time opened doors to interviews that were previously closed. After 10 interviews, at 10 different companies, with 7 job offers, I accepted my new job as a First Officer in Guam.
My wife and I are empty nesters, and we have always wanted to travel. This job has come along at the right time, and will afford us the opportunity to enjoy life.
So this brings us back to the BE55 Baron. I have owned several aircraft over the past 30 years, the Baron is a very nice aircraft, and I spared no expense in taking care of her. I know that she will make someone a happy owner.
Please look over her specs. If you have questions, or would like more information please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to talking with you.
