1961 Cessna 172B model. Registration N7435X. TTSN 4699.27. Engine is a Continental O-300-D with 1346 TSOH. Prop is a McCulley 1C172EM7653 with 825.29 TSOH. Great flying aircraft. Repainted in July 2005. Used in a flight school since 2010. Approx. 800 hours flown since 2010. Interior in great shape. 8 out of 10 condition. Two overhauled cylinders installed in 2015 on the engine. Replaced magnetos with new Slick 6364 mags in 2012 including new ignition harnesses. Engine starter replaced 8/2011. Throttle cable replaced 2014 with new. Carburetor rebuilt 2011. Fuel selector valve recent rebuild. Engine runs strong. Very clean interior. 4 place intercom. This aircraft does not have a nav indicator installed. Aircraft logs go back to 1992. Previous logbooks lost. Current aircraft TT notarized 7/1992.
