This is a very well kept, very low hours 1961 model B 172, with the fast back tail. It has a Continental 0-300D factory overhauled in 1974. The engine has 895.3 hours on it since factory overhaul (zero-time) (1800 TBO), and the airframe has about 3k hours on it. Complete logs (including electronic format) new gyros, new LED landing and taxi lights, new tires and brakes, 2007 paint and interior, fresh annual from a new mechanic (Dash Air - KTTD), new ELT battery, IFR pitot-static was done in March 2016. It also has the Mogas STC and Metco Aire wingtip STC.
The panel is IFR (just barely, /U) single VOR and glideslope, standard 6-pack and a Garmin transponder.
