New Starter installed in 2012. Comes with a fresh annual (Sept. 2016). Has a new Nose Tire. Owner is an A&P Mechanic & former USAF Crew Chief. Aircraft well maintained. New Gill battery. Dual NARCO Com / NAV & transponder. Has some damage history from 1979 & 2009. Logbooks available for audit. All AD"s and SB"s up to date. No Fuel or Oil Leaks.
This is a really fast airplane. Flight time from Tyler, TX to Galveston, TX is 1 hr and 20 minutes. Flight time to College Station from Tyler is exactly 1 hour. To Austin from is Tyler is 1 hour and 15 minutes. No fuel leaks. New caps on fuel tanks in 2012. Nose gear motor replaced in 2010. New starter installed in 2011. Baggage compartment redone in 2011.

1. RMLG required strut valve change.

3. Throttle cable was removed, cleaned and re-installed.

5. Oil Changed.
6. Wingtip Nav lights ground wires bad and replaced. Op Ck Good.
7. Cabin air vents showed signs of corrosion. Removed. New vents on order.
8. Fuel Sump Strainer leaking. Removed worn gasket and installed new gasket. Op Ck Good.
9. Interior Light Inop. Replaced bulb.
