Engine (Continental IO-470-S 260 horsepower) has 490 hours since major overhaul (Clark Aviation 1995). Two blade propeller has 665 hours since overhaul. Complete logbooks since new, documented landing accident in 1973. Paint is allover white with red and gold accent, rated below average (4/10). Interior partially refurbished in 2002 with Adobe White vinyl seats with Shell cloth inserts, white headliner and tan carpeting. Rated average (5/10). Annual expired February 1, 2016 and is being sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". Bring your mechanic and annual the plane or do a prebuy inspection and get a ferry permit to fly to your f ield. The plane has flown approximately 35 hours in the last two years, very little in the last. THIS AIRPLANE CANNOT BE TEST FLOWN AS THE ANNUAL IS RECENTLY EXPIRED.
