The bad: Secondary com radio will not receive, secondary nav appears to be inoperable. Seat covers are original and there is a tear in the top of the back seat. The front seats have covers installed. Small dent in fuselage aft of cabin step, small crease in bottom of right flap (does not effect operation, cannot be seen except pre-flight). This was from damage history in the late 1960"s. Right wing has been replaced by newer wing with larger fuel cap/opening. Aircraft was repaired, looks and flies well.
Over all this is a solid aircraft that flies as it should. Approximately 34 hours flown in last 9 months. Trip to OBX just this week. Very economical both in price and operation. Annual done August 2016 and IFR Cert done in January 2016. Would make a great primary or instrument platform if your a student, and an economical alternative to renting.
