TOTAL PROP TIME SINCE NEW IS 506.AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PHOTOS, THIS AIRPLANE DID NOT CRASH!!NO BELLY DAMAGE FROM AN ACCIDENTAL GEAR UP LANDING.THE OWNER OF THIS AIRPLANE WAS SURPRISED WHEN THE AIRPORT CALLED HIM UP ANDSAID THE HANGER HE HAS RENTED FOR ALL 25 YEARS OF HIS OWNERSHIP OF THIS AIRPLANE SUFFERED DAMAGE DURING AN OVERNIGHT WIND EVENT (NOT TORNADO, BUT WINDY)THE HANGER DOORS, WHICH ARE OVERHEAD ROLLERS, LIFTED UP AND OFF, AND FELL OUTSIDE IN FRONT OF THE HANGER.THE AIRPLANE WAS ALMOST UNTOUCHED, BUT NOT COMPLETELY.THERE IS A NICK ON THE REAR EDGE OF THE TIP OF ONE BLADE, SHOWN.THERE IS A DENT IN THE SPINNER DOME.THERE IS A SCUFF ON THE LEADING EDGE OF THE LEFT WING, NO SHEET METAL DEFORMATION.THE LEFT FLAP HAS A CREASE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SKIN, FROM BEING PUSHED BACK SLIGHTLY AGAINST A POST.THAT IS THE EXTENT OF THE DAMAGE!THERE IS A SMALL CREASE ON THE RIGHT UPPER COWL SKIN, BUT IT IS SMALL AND SHALLOW AND APPEARS PRE-EXISTING.THE REST OF THE AIRCRAFT IS UNDAMAGED!!THE BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED, SO I STARTED AND RAN THE ENGINE WHILE I WAS THERE LAST FRIDAY!STARTED EASILY, RAN SMOOTHLY UP TO RPM, MAG DROP WAS 50 RPM OR LESS PER SIDE.THE PROP TIP FOLD DID NOT SEEM TO CAUSE ANY ISSUES WITH VIBRATION AND NEITHER DID THE SPINNER DENT.I WOULD HAVE GLADLY FLOWN THE AIRPLANE, BUT THE WEATHER WAS FOUL.EQUIPPED WITH ELECTRIC FLAPS (UPGRADE) AND A CENTURY IIB AUTOPLOT WITH A RADIO COUPLER AND D.G.
