The top overhaul engine was performed by Corona Aircraft Shop, CA and installed by Weldon Thompson, Compton Airport, CA
Compression 1-72 2-75 3-76 4-74 Runs very strong and smooth
Replaced new radios, interior seats, panels, floor, battery, and tires.
I have all the receipts in the total amount of $25,000 on what I spent on top overhaul engine, propeller,radios, tires, and upholstery and labors. My loss and your gain.

Interior is #8 Exterior needs painting
Last annual was 11/8/13 Since I am not flying due to health issues and I can not afford to do the annual. If sold to you, I will help you a place to have the annual done at a good lower price.I warm up the engine once a month, taxing it around. I flew it once in a while.
