Annual was due 11/8/2014 Before the annual was due, I only flew it approximately 30 hours. I didn"t fly much prior 2014I am not flying anymore and I can not afford to do the annual. and no reason for me to pay for the annual. It is your responsiblity to do the annual at your expense. There is nothing wrong with the aircraft. You just need to do the annual and then it ll be ready to fly. You can listen to the engine running and taxi it on ground at Compton Airport. It is not allowed to fly to another airport because it needs annual. If sold to you, I will give you a phone number of the AP/IA mechanic to have the annual done at a reasonable price.( two different places) I warm up the engine every two weeks and taxi it on ground for 30 min.
Once sold, I release all liabilites to the new owner upon pick upSOLD AS-IS
