FOR SALE 1964 Cessna 172E, N5320T Continental 0300D, TTSN 3234hr, 434hr TSMO by Central Cylinder. All new ECI Cylinders, New Slick Mags and SkyTech starter. Compressions are 78s and 79s. Airtex interior: seats, side panels, door panels and carpet. Secondary seat stop assembly installed on left seat. Avionics: (2) TKM MX11 Comm radios, Pointer 3000 ELT, Narco RTA transponder, Narco AR850 Mode C encoder, Sigtronics SPA400 installed in panel and wired for pilot and co-pilot and Garmin 296 mounted on panel. All AD’s complied with. STC’s for (Auto Fuel), (Front shoulder harness’), (Oil Filter adapter) Airframe: No corrosion, No damage history, Paint 5, Interior 8, glass is in very good condition. Seller will provide fresh annual at time of sale. This is a strong good flying aircraft ready to fly many hours with little maintenance. Located at Mapleton , Ia KMEY, hangar lease ends 12/31/2018 but can be renewed by new owner if desired. Original engine and airframe logs were stolen with avionics. Log Books 2 and 3 provide history to the present. I have owned this aircraft since 1998, and it has been always hangared. I have averaged 40 hours per year totaling 800 hours, using auto fuel exclusively. Engine majored at 2800 hrs TSN. If the new owner wants to take advantage of the auto fuel STC, I will include the auto fuel transport and delivery equipment I have used for the past 30 years.
