I"ve owned the aircraft for about 3 years, and I"m selling because I don"t get to fly it as much as I"d like due to having a sick family member.
Will be turned over to the buyer with a rebuilt nose strut - I"ve had to air it up a few times so I decided I"d just get it all taken care of.
