This is a really nice M-20 with 6300TTA and 400 hrs engine and prop. Paint is in good condition and looks really sharp.There was peeling paint under the inboard wings that has been sanded and primed. Seats, side panels and carpet are decent, but could use a new door garnish bead. All the glass excellent. The fuel tanks in this Mooney are the exception, they DON"T leak!! The panel has a KMA 24 switching panel, Narco 10 Nav with G/S/ VOR and a Terra Nav Com. There is also an empty tray for a Comm11A. Cruise along at 150MPH at 3000 ft burning 9.5 GPH. The A/C will have a new annual with sale. All AD"s are up to date. Do not use paypal. Winning bidder will send a $2000.00 deposit by wire transfer with in 48 hrs.
