Good condition aircraft. As all Cherokees are- great flying characteristics and docile manor. Perfect airplane for time building and pleasure flying. Using only 8 gallons of fuel per hour 69W is very economical to fly. Annual completed 6/18. Engine 1025 SMOH. Prop 340 TSN. Has auto fuel STC. Pilots side toe brakes. This airplane has great history as it was the airplane John and Martha King purchased to fly to their weekend ground school courses when they first started. I will provide more pictures as requested.
