I will leave the trays in place for the two avionics the airplane did have (Garmin SL40 Comm & GTX 327 XPDR) so you could slide those two in and have avionics again. The plane is and was basic VFR only. No IFR equip.

There is absolutely no rot at all in the wings or anything like that causing me to sell it. I simply bought a new plane, and do not currently have an engine I can use for this one. I would feel guilty parting this bird out. She really is beautiful.
you need to add an engine and propeller basically to make this plane fly againthe annual just expired in December and was flying until I pulled the engine for overhaul due to a spun bearing and cylinder compression issues. Since then I have bought a new plane and do not want to part this plane out. I would rather see it go to someone who maybe has an engine that can use it or slowly get the items needed to make it fly again one day. You will not be disappointed with the air-frame at all. The airframe has about 3700 TT on it and I have all logs since the airplane was new.
I will go to the airplane and take photos with the engine and prop off as well as more of the interior condition!
Buyer will be responsible for removal of the airplane from its current location
