1966 CESSNA 150, CUTE RED, GOOD OVERALL AIRFRAME, LEFT WING DAMAGE, CHEAP PROJECT !!
THIS LITTLE 150 HAS ONLY 2,500 HOURS TOTAL TIME.
IT SUSTAINED DAMAGE TO THE LEFT WING WHEN IT LANDED IN A CORN FIELD JUST SHORT OF THE RUNWAY, DUE TO SUSPECTED WATER IN THE FUEL.
THE PROPELLOR WAS DAMAGED, SO THE ENGINE WAS UNBOLTED FROM THE MOUNT, AND THE ENGINE, PROP AND ALL OF THE BOLT ON ITEMS FORWARD OF THE MOUNT ARE NOT INCLUDED
THE COWLING, FIREWALL AND ENGINE MOUNT ARE NOT DAMAGED !!!!
THE LEFT WING IS DAMAGED OUTBOARD, WHICH CAUSED WRINKLING INBOARD.
THE FLAP IS DAMAGED INBOARD, AND THE FLAP PRESSED INTO THE SIDE OF THE CABIN, AFT OF THE DOOR, ON THE LEFT SIDE.
THE CABIN DAMAGE IS MOSTLY SUPERFICIAL, AS THE WING CARRY-THRU SPARS IN THE FUSELAGE, AND THE TOP CABIN SKIN, DO NOT SHOW DAMAGE !!
EVEN THE BACK AND LEFT SIDE DOOR WINDOWS ARE UNBROKEN!
BOTH DOORS, AND BOTH DOOR FRAMES APPEAR FINE
ALL 3 LANDING GEAR ARE COMPLETE, AND IN GOOD CONDITION, WITH NO VISIBLE DAMAGE OR DEFORMATION
THE FIREWALL IS NOT DAMAGED
THE COWLING IS NOT DAMAGED
THE ENGINE MOUNT IS NOT DAMAGED
THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE FUSELAGE, THE RIGHT WING, THE RIGHT FLAP AND BOTH THE LEFT AND RIGHT AILERONS ARE UNDAMAGED
BOTH OF THE LATE STYLE SEMI-DROOP TIPS ARE UNDAMAGED
THE TAIL CONE AND ALL OF THE TAIL FEATHERS ARE UNDAMAGED
THE TAN LEATHER SEATS SHOW SOME AGE WEAR ON THE BOTTOMS, BUT THE INTERIOR OVERALL LOOKS GOOD
FLIGHT AND ENGINE INSTRUMENTATION IS INTACT AND IN GOOD CONDITION
THIS AIRFRAME IS COMPLETE, AND WOULD REQUIRE A LEFT WING, A LEFT FLAP, AND A SMALL AMOUNT OF FUSELAGE REPAIR TO BRING IT BACK TO LIFE.
