This is a project aircraft. It needs some work to get it airworthy again. Last annual was in 2010. Engine last run in December.

Known issues: Cylinder #2 has a stuck valve and likely needs replacement. Nose gear olio needs seals. Some minor surface corrosion around rear window and fuselage below the wing drains. Prop is due to 5 year inspection.

Aircraft is based at Pitt Meadows Airport (CYPK) just outside of Vancouver, BC.’

Buyer is responsible for any storage fees to the airport authority once the sale is completed and funds are transferred. Storage fee is about $80/month.
A five-hundred dollar ($500) deposit is due within 48 hours of auction end via Paypal or wire-transfer. If the deposit is not received, we reserve the right to re-list the aircraft for sale. Payment is due within 7 days of auction end.
