She Needs a good home.I lost my physical so Im selling my Mooney.I bought this airplane in January of 2017 and have not been able to fly it except the day I bought it.I was sick for most of 2017.I am an IA and have done two annuals on her and havent flown it except test flights after the Annual was signed off.This is a nice airplane with new seat covers and Carpet.The door panel was replaced with a new one from PlanePlastics.Many updated mods including O&N fuel Bladders,Stec 60 autopilot that really works,She flys a Hartzell 3 blade propeller (No AD note on this one) Precise Flight standby Vacumn pump,heavy duty nose wheel bushings,Stormscope, and much more,The airplane has 4990 total time.The engine has 2600.00HrsTSMOH.I know the engine is hightime but it runs as good as a brand new one with compression all in the high 70/80.The annual is not due until Feburary 2019.Pre buy inspections are welcome and encouraged.The paint on this girl would be a 6 on a 10 point scale.If there are any questions please contact me by email lynwoodg@hotmail.com and I will answer same day with my phone number. The engine is an 0-360.I have been asked several times about damage history and propstrikes.There is no damage history that I can find by going through the logbooks.All instruments and gages are functional.There is an old ADF that could probably be removed,I think it still works I am told.The only thing this airplane needs is an IFR check as it is Due.I checked the static system at the annual and the system was not leaking so Im pretty sure it will pass the IFR check.It is not equiped with ADSB at this time.I hope this new info helps.I have had so many questions that I have tried to answer by emais that I am going to list my phone number.It is and my name is Lynwood.Love to hear from you.This item is being relisted because the previous buyer did not come through.Please dont bid if you are not serious.This is a no reserve auction so the high bidder wins Current date: 2018-09-05
