I bought a hangar at North Las Vegas Airport, (KVGT), and the airplane was part of that deal. This Aircraft has been in a hangar all its life in Las Vegas Nevada, so corrosion should not be an issue. It has been sitting on jacks since 2011. The second owner was an A/P and did all the maintenance on the aircraft himself. This is a two-owner aircraft with complete log books from new to present. This Mooney was geared up in 2003. The current owner in 2003 had the propeller rebuilt and the engine repaired. He then flew the airplane for 15 hours and it was parked in 2003. It sat on the gear from 2003 to 2011 when it was put up on the jacks. It was last started in 2011. Last Annual 2003.
Whoever buys this aircraft will find it the exact way I found it up on the jacks. I just cleaned out the hangar and the plane is right where it was with all the dust still on it.
Airplane needs to be completely gone through.
N757U still issued to this airplane in the owner’s name.
Yes, I would suspect the battery is dead.
I do not know why the aircraft sat for so long.
Have logs from new till now.
Interior and paint are in excellent condition.
There are three shops on the airport. EGA, Horton, Loan Mountain Aviation, all capable of getting service from.
Have signed FAA Bill of Sale by the Turners. See pic.
Have title search. See pics.
I do not know if the engine was pickled for storage.
Yes, the engine does turn over and is not frozen.
Since we had a Non-Paying Bidder, the aircraft is for sale locally and we reserve the right to end the auction early.
Any questions ask now. Do not wait till the auction is over and then ask. It’s too late then.
All times are approximate. Buyer is responsible to verify all information. Inspections welcome and suggested. Aircraft is sold "AS IS WHERE IS".
