1966 Piper Cherokee 140 . Complete to the best of my knowledge.Plane was last flown in 1990. Has been stored outside since due to needing annual ? Motor turns by hand ,good compression.Needs total restoration or for parts.Has original radios and extras etc..Does not include trailer . has certificate of registration from 1990 attached to landlords lien.Local comm college came out a few years ago & would have taken it for a semester & re-certify plane if it was painted.It was never painted. no log books. PLEASE do not bid if you are not a serious buyer & do not plan on paying & picking up
