This IFR Equipped Cherokee 140 flies very nicely. TT 3,500 (+/-) TSMO = 1,500 (+/-). Garmin GTN 650 (+/- $10,000 + $4,000 installation), KY 197 Comm, 106A VOR/Loc/GS/GPS/CDI (+/- $2,195), Digital Tachometer, New DG with heading bug (+/- $1,549) Wing Leveler (nice for long trips), Second Garmin Color GPS Aera 560 with XM Radio (Music) (+/- $999), Garmin GMA 340 (+/- $1,500), Vertical Compass Card, New LED Landing light ($250), Aileron and Flap Gap Seals Add to that the Installation Cost and you have more than $16,000 (plus Tax) in the Instrument Panel. Paint is between 8 - 9, Interior is a 6-7. Front seats have wear on one side. The Rear Seats are in my closet and are in good cond, I only fly with one passenger so I removed the rear seats. I fly once a week. Flew a 10.5 hr. cross country 4 months ago and flies every week 1-2 hr.
