I"m selling my Cherokee because I bought an Arrow.
As you can see in the pictures it"s been sitting in the hanger for over a year. It is currently pretty dusty and needs a bath. It also needs to be painted. The last annual was done on 7/1/16, I"ve attached the engine and aircraft log entries showing the TT - 1805.9, current TT - 1810.7.
I paid $17,000 for the plane and put another $6,000 into it.
It does have wheel pants. I was going to replace the dropped wing tips when I had it painted. The tips are included. I just didn"t care for the current look. It does make for a soft landing though.
I am selling as is and you"ll have to pick it up in Monticello, IL. It looks a bit rough but it is a solid plane. I just haven"t paid any attention to it since I got the Arrow.
