Aircraft has had hail and hangar damage, but it is a very light aircraft and flies excellent. She has the 6 inch nose wheel STC and can operate out of unimproved strips very nicely. If you haven"t flown a 172 with the 6 inch nose wheel, you should. All 172/182"s should come with this.Engine is on condition, but comps are good and the engine is strong. Expect to run on condition for many years.
Everything in the aircraft works. This aircraft was purchased for my children to get their licence and build time but they have lost interest. Aircraft is hangared in Wetaskiwin, Ab (CEX3)I can help you ferry it home if you have concerns.Aircraft is for sale locally so if I pull the ad, it may be sold.
