“To my knowledge, the only thing "wrong" with the plane is the overall hail damage on the exterior. It has a current annual of June 2015...checked out perfect.”
Make: Mooney Model Year: 1967
Very nice commuter plane. The annual was completed in June 2015. It is IFR certified and burned only about 8.5 gph and cruised easily at 135 knots. The engine manufacturer is Lycoming and the engine model is O + VO-360 SER. The interior is in very good condition. The exterior has some hail damage all over, but it didn"t stop my late husband from buying it. Gulf Coast Avionics Ky97A, Kx125, Kl 209 and KLN89B.
My late husband purchased this plane from a man named Bob Baldwin from Michigan. Unfortunately, he never got to fly it. He took a pilot friend with him in one of his other planes and let the friend fly the Mooney back to Arkansas. He turned it over to his mechanic to do whatever he wanted done. My late husband was later killed in a tragic crash. The Mooney stayed with the mechanic in a hangar until about 8 months ago. I am now trying to sell it. It is hangared in a friend"s hangar in Searcy, Arkansas.
