| This th-55 helicopter needs a little work.I bought this helicopter to finish the restoration that someone else started but do not have the time to complete.It needs an annual and inspection to be converted to civilian status.It has no airworthiness certificate at this time.It has only the original military status and radio which is inop.The helicopter will run and spin up to speed but needs to have the track and balance finished before flight.I have the original military logs that match the components.According to the logs it shows tt 2749 back when the military owned it.I put some of the log book pages on the pictures but I do have more logs if anyone is interested in seeing them. I do have the covers for the drive pulleys.
Reading the books it seems that the trainer was stationed at Ft Wolters,Texas and was sold to Lewis university in 1988 to be used for ground maintenance training not for flight.From there it seems a man named ed was restoring it in 2000 but never finished and some how ended up in Oklahoma where I purchased it. It is being sold as/is located in Howe,Texas
I would like 1000 deposit within 48 hrs of auction completion and balance paid in full within 7 days.The ground wheels will not go with the helicopter.
