1968 Beechcraft Duke 60. Fair condition. Engines and airframe with about 1200 hours. TBO 1600. Last compression checks all in the 70"s. Out of annual by about 4 months. Have not flown since last annual. Flew well at time. KX 155 had a display failure and was removed. Garmin 430 Non-WAAS is flawless. Radar non-op. Will need paint and boots. Has a pressurization leak that my mechanic tried to trace and couldn"t. Good pressure generation by his account. Gear cycles without difficulty. New main tires within the last 10 landings. Speaking of mechanic, he is deployed with the National Guard and has log books, so they are not available by sale time, but when he gets back, they should be available, and I will get them to you if at all possible. Hanger kept. Based KCHA. Airline style seating.
