I am selling this Aircraft for one of my customers who has lost his medical. I am a A&P, IA and have serviced this aircraft from 1999 to present. It has always been hangared and maintained and had a new Annual this mouth 6/2016. STC for auto fuel 1985. STC Bush STOL Conversion 1982. Major Engine Overhaul 2001. STC Installed new Power Flow Ex. System 2006. Interior plastics repaired and painted. Carpet and Seats upholstery replaced with Airtex Products. Aircraft paint is about 6 rating and interior about a 8 rating Prebuy inspection can be done in my hangar KCVK.
The engine is 150 hp, but with the Power Flow Ex. system it adds 10 to 15 hp.
