Well the guy that agreed to purchase the airplane never answered my "contact the buyer" messages and his week is over, I am having to relist the plane. 3510 TT, 1200 SMOH, December 2016 annual, we had low compression (mid 40s) on two cylinders which have been replaced. We have owned the airplane for the last two and a half years and have flown it over 200 hours. The airplane is in very good condition, always hangared and my friend that owned it before me for 27 years also kept it hangared. There is no corrosion, it has new main tires and brakes, fuel totalizer, four place intercom, older Nav/Coms that work well, VFR GPS. The interior had been redone and I replaced the carpet and the seat rails. The paint is original, in good condition, polishes up nicely with the expected scratches here and there. The rear window is cloudy, all others are in excellent condition. The autopilot is inop and we will either get it working or we will discount the price, buyers choice. Located at KSEE, El Cajon, CA USA • This can be picked up here or it can be delivered for exactly what it costs me to deliver it and fly commercial back to San Diego.
