“This airplane is now out of license as a result of the operator taxiing into another airplane after a recent flight on July 4, 2015. The airplane has damage on it's wing tip as a result of the operator taxiing into my Cessna 172 which was parked at the fuel island waiting to be fueled. I recently received a bid from Alexandria Aircraft LLC who specializs in Bellanca aircraft, to repair the damaged wing tip for $3000 if brought to them using a ferry permit. Since the incident, the owner of the airplane has lost his medical, and the airplanes annual is due. I am assisting him in selling the airplane to assist him in paying for the damage he did to my airplane. He had no insurance coverage on his airplane at the time of the accident.”
