NICE PLANE, ADSB in/out installed, Comps 78, 78, 78, 78 at last annual.. in flying condition but out of annual one year, clear glass all around, no hands straight flight, strong Lycoming engine never heard a miss, no wear particles in oil filter at oil change on 8/17, no flight since then except to occasionally start engine and run-up, over TBO by 100 hrs, 9000 approx total time, all instruments work, quick release doors, no back seat, lots of cargo room, fits a scooter inside, good original paint, all lights work, wingtip strobes, all tires good, all radios work, not IFR certified, new battery, no damage history, full complete logs since new, dry climate plane, no corrosion, basically a good solid plane to learn how to fly in..Located at an airport in Phoenix AZ area.
