1969 CESSNA 172K, 180HP STC, NICE AIRFRAME, GORGEOUS NEW INTERIOR, ALMOST NO DAMAGE, CHEAP !!
THIS 1969 172K HAS BEEN GRANTED AN STC TO USE THE LYCOMING 0-360 180 H.P. ENGINE !!

THIS AIRCRAFT SUFFERED DAMAGE WHEN IT TAXIED INTO A GAS PUMP !!
THE IMPACT WAS DIRECTLY ON THE SPINNER AND THE INBOARD EDGE OF THE PROPELLOR.
DAMAGE WAS SUSTAINED TO THE UPPER AND LOWER FIBERGLASS NOSEBOWLS, THE FORWARD EDGE OF THE UPPER COWL SKIN, AND THE LEFT AND CENTER SKINS OF THE LOWER COWL.
NO DAMAGE WAS SUSTAINED TO THE FIREWALL
NO DAMAGE WAS SUSTAINED TO THE ENGINE MOUNT
NO DAMAGE WAS SUSTAINED TO THE NOSE GEAR OR MOUNT
THE SIDE SKIN OF THE BOOTCOWL, JUST BEHIND THE COWLING, HAS A SMALL (1/2 ") TEAR THAT WILL BE AN EASY STOP DRILL OR PATCH.
THERE IS NO OTHER AIRFRAME DAMAGE FROM THIS INCIDENT !!
NO DAMAGE TO THE WINGS, LIFT STRUTS, FLAPS, AILERONS OR TIPS
NO DAMAGE TO THE HORIZONTAL, ELEVATORS, VERTICAL OR RUDDER.
THE DOORS FIT AND SHUT WELL
ALL WINDOW GLASS AND WINDSHIELD LOOK GOOD
THE MAIN GEAR AND WHEELS AND BRAKES ARE UNDAMAGED
THE INTERIOR IS GORGEOUS
RECENTLY UPGRADED WITH SUPER SOFT 2 TONE ULTRA-LEATHER, ON SEATS AND SIDE PANELS

AS A RESULT OF THE NOSE IMPACT, THE CRANKSHAFT ON THE ENGINE CRACKED, SO THE ENGINE HAS BEEN UNBOLTED, AND IS NOT INCLUDED HERE.
THE STC FOR THE 180 H.P. ENGINE IS INTACT AND INCLUDED, AND WE ARE INCLUDING ALL OF THE ENGINE RELATED ITEMS THAT ARE REQUIRED FOR THE 180 H.P. INSTALLATION:
