1969 Cessna 172K for Sale. Hangared at 52F Roanoke, TX.NO RESERVE!!! YOU ARE BIDDING TO WIN AND OWN THIS AIRCRAFT!!!Plane is in great condition and well taken care of. Paint is 7/8 out of 10 with nice shine, interior and panel are in really great shape for a Cessna of this year. Plane has no known damage history and fly"s hands off with nice balance and the engine just purrs like a sewing machine.NOTES- NO ADSB, (You can add a tail beacon or sky beacon to be compliant or fly it as is with proper clearance). Missing historical airframe logs, they were damaged in an office flood two owners ago. The previous owner restarted the logs in 2019. Engine logs are complete. I will scan what I have and can send a link to interested parties.Plane is currently in annual (completed 9/13/19) and in flyable condition. Last annual all comps in mid to high 70’s. This is a clean straight well taken care of plane that is just a blast to fly with no known issues. I welcome any buyer to come look at the plane prior to bidding.
